Our mission is to deliver the finest, most cost-effective health care treatment available today. Following diagnosis, the veterinarian will advise you of our plan of treatment. Additionally, we’ll discuss with you the cost of today’s and future treatments. Payment for today’s visit and future visits is due at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we offer several alternative payment options for your convenience, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, check, and CareCredit. We are not able to accept post-dated checks or partial payments unless authorized by the practice owner/manager prior to your visit.
Please allow 24 hours for our staff to contact you regarding your appointment request. If this is an emergency, or if your pet needs urgent care, please call us at 757-427-6120 for a faster response.
As we strive to provide the utmost quality care for our patients in the timeliest manner, we ask for a 24-hour notice should you be unable to keep your schedule appointment or surgery. This will allow us to offer that scheduled time to another patient.
